Each time I get on internet explorer I get a pop up every now and then and when I click x all of my work and all the windows close and I have to open internet explorer all over again. Thank you for your time.

Every time I log out from my Hotmail account I get this annoying popup that says that I have to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 that is specifically tailored for Bing, or something.
