I purchased a Belkin N router to go with my laptop and I am connceted to the router but I am unable to access the internet without utilizing the ethernet cable( which defeats the point of WIRELESS). I am not computer literate, so I am having some difficulty. Someone please help in laymans terms!

I live here in Arcadia and my supposedly 3 mega bit internet only uploads at .48 megabits and downloads at 1.4 megabits. This is not even the peak. We pay 29.99 per month, is there anything faster for a similar price?

I want to setup my own web page with product pictures, descriptions, and prices. I will be getting all that information from my suppliers.
Is there a faster way to put all that information on my website rather than adding each product individually?
In other words is there another way to add their products to my page without copying each image, description, and price individually?
I can connect to Internet explorer but firefox and other online programs wont work, what can i do?

I have tried everything from changing proxy settings to unplugging and resetting my router and my DSL connections. Internet explorer works up until i try to log on to my email, or anything that involves logging on. I can access webpages and view streaming video. Firefox wont work and my Instant messengers programs wont log in, the same goes for online games.
Anybody know whats wrong?

I currently have a Dell Inspiron 8200 from about 2002. Want something faster and more powerful for internet use, managing videos and pictures and basic home and internet use. How do the different processors compare. How much hard drive space and memory would you suggest? Would like something light weight for travel.
